During this module you will explore three different self-care techniques; behaviour change, goal setting and positive psychology. You are encouraged to complete all self-care techniques.
To begin complete the self-care technique recommended for you in module one: self-assessment.
Each module contains information, activities and resources to assist you to look after yourself-physically, mentally and emotionally. You will be able to, and in fact it is recommended that you print out your responses to all the activities.
As you work through this module consider what insight you have gained from module one and how might you approach some of these challenges with the assistance of a self-care technique as explored module two.
